| After going through a long and frustrating repair ordeal elsewhere, bringing our company vehicle to Wells Automotive for a second opinion turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made. What impressed me most was not only the accurate diagnosis and efficient repair, but the exceptional customer service throughout the entire experience. KC and Juanita at the front desk were wonderful. As someone who is not mechanically knowledgeable, I really appreciated how they were able to explain the technician's findings and recommendations to me in plain English without ever making me feel overwhelmed or pressured. Both ladies clearly have a solid understanding of automobiles themselves, which gave me a great deal of confidence communicating with them. As a fellow woman and small-business owner, I especially appreciated the combination of knowledge, professionalism, accountability, and genuine care that KC and Juanita demonstrated. Five stars to the Wells Automotive team, and a special thank-you to KC and Juanita. Your professionalism and kindness made a stressful situation so much easier.
